Free Pattern and Tutorial: I Heart Baking Oven Mitts

I admit I started freaking out when I realized it's only a few more days until the big Xmas.  I hadn't finished half of the handmade items I wanted to - oh well, there's always next year, right?  Then I decided to make something from home - I had everything I needed. I searched for a free pattern for this so I didn't have to re-create the wheel, but I just couldn't find one.  So, I made one and now we have a great pattern to use!
Are you stuck looking for a last minute gift like me??? I'm here to rescue you.

  1. They're so sweet, the perfect hostess gift - no doubt!
And looks like they're easy to put together... I only miss the batting/insulating stuff - must try to find something similar here on the Old Europe LOL
    Tx for sharing!

    1. Irene, I have made pot holders with regular batting and not the InsulBrite-- the natural fiber layer of Warm and Natural is the best, you could use several layers of that or wool felt or upcycled wool sweaters.
